Ultimate Frisbee combines movements of soccer and netball, with athletic grabs of AFL and cricket while enjoying the skill of throwing a Frisbee. Come along to learn how to throw, participate in drills and play games. All ages and abilities are welcome. Cost: Free for you first time. $5 thereafter for field hire**.
